the only VPN with a data maximization policy

network condition emulator

Your app works fine.
You have fibre.

Install one of these WireGuard configs and your whole device drops onto a deliberately terrible network. Not a devtools throttle on one browser tab — every socket, every app, real packets, really late.

What we log

Everything. That is the joke, but it is also just true.

Your IP address
When you ask for a config, and again when you connect. Those can differ — people download on a laptop and install on a phone. We keep both.
Your private key
We generate it on our server, so we have seen it. A real privacy VPN would not do this. This is not a privacy VPN.
The address we gave you
Plus the time, the mode, your public key, and the country Cloudflare thinks you are in.
Connections you make
New outbound connections through the tunnel are logged so we can answer abuse reports. Kept 30 days, then deleted.

Use this to test your app on a bad network. Do not use it for anything you would not do on open cafe wifi. Outbound mail, file sharing and our own network are blocked, and you cannot reach other users.

Using it

  1. Get a config above. On a phone, scan the QR straight into the WireGuard app.
  2. Import it — WireGuard app, or wg-quick up ./gprs.conf on desktop.
  3. Turn it on and watch everything crawl.

Configs expire on their own: 5 minutes if you never connect, 30 minutes idle, 4 hours maximum. Just press the button again.
